About The Mobility
By participation in this physical exchange students from all partner schools will be able to show, promote their musical talents, which will allow them to be noticed by the others, let them feel appreciated, which may further leard to the development of their future careers. They will also be able to share elements of their cultures and learn about the Polish culture. They will develop their creativity through the planned activities, particularly thanks to the creation and recording of the song, which is intended to be created. Further publication of the work results in the dissemination process may be an opportunity to be noticed by some career advisers or music managers.
It will also be an opportunity to the teachers from partner schools to develop their skills, talents and obviously their pedagogies.
The workshops with organizations which work with different people with disabilities may enhance the knowledge about the difficulties and challenges some people face, learn to respect, help and empathise with these groups. Our students, and the teachers as well, need to learn that everyone deserves a chance, that everyone can contribute to society and that we all deserve respect.
